TASTING:

Intense ruby; aroma of blackberries and berries; has a wealth almost fleshy, combined to hints of dried fruit and cocoa.

ABBINATIONS:

Cheese, savory red meats, "cacciagione", the maturity and intensity of flavor can match a delicious tart pastry filled with hazelnut chocolate.

ALCOHOL: 15.5% vol.

DRINKING TEMPERATURE: 16-18°
