Vernaccia Secca L’ombrosa, obtained
from 80% of withered grapes.
TASTING:
Ruby with purple reflections, full of the aroma and flavour of wild
berries, slightly spiced with traces of licorice, full-bodied,
persisting taste, mellow, slightly tannic which amalgamates with its
very warm essence.
ABBINATIONS:
It usually accompanies the typical local cheese “di fossa” or
locally cured meats. It is a “meditation wine”.
ALCOHOL: 13.5% vol.

TASTING:
Ruby, sprightly perlage, ripe fruit aroma with a prevalence of sour
cherries enriched by wild berries, full bodied, palatable, well
balanced, delicate and a taste with a bitter aftertaste.
ABBINATIONS:
It usually accompanies almond and short crust pastry, but also cured
meats and cheese.
ALCOHOL: 12.5% vol.
