TASTING: Bright ruby, persistent perlage, delicate aroma, full of wild berries flavours, full bodied, palatable, persisting taste, well-balanced, slightly sweet, with a bitter aftertaste, agreeable with slight sugar traces. ABBINATIONS: It goes with dry pastry and desserts. ALCOHOL: 12.5% vol. DRINKING TEMPERATURE: 6–8 °C |
